Our return policy is valid for 3 days from the date of purchase. If more than 3 days have passed, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
Non-returnable items include products susceptible to counterfeiting, such as rings, jewelry, and custom-fitted wearables.
Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:
- Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts.
- Items returned after 3 days from delivery.
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you via email regarding approval or denial of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within a specified timeframe.
If your refund is delayed, first check your bank account. Then, contact your credit card provider as processing delays may occur. If unresolved, reach out to your bank. If you still have concerns, contact us at radheradhe@vedamroots.com.
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; sale items are non-refundable.

Refunds for international orders will be processed within 40-45 days. We ship to over 120 countries.
We are not responsible for customs duties, VAT, or other import taxes imposed by your country. These charges are beyond our control. Customers are responsible for any fees incurred for refused or canceled orders after dispatch. Refunds will be processed after deducting applicable fees, duties, and taxes.
